All prices shown include VAT at the statutory rate of 22%. Transport costs are excluded. The price shown at the time of the online order/booking will apply. Prices are valid only in Italy; for purchases from abroad, the additional shipping charge will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
Billing

An invoice can be issued on specific request; otherwise all items are accompanied by a regular sales receipt issued on the day of shipment.

Delivery

Shipping costs and methods

Sentido Gioielli ships orders within Italy with the courier TNT, while DHL is used for the rest of the world.

The goods will be shipped within 5 days (excluding public holidays) of receipt of the purchase order and confirmation of payment, unless the product ordered is not immediately available. Once the product has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can follow it and check the delivery process.
If, due to force majeure, Sentido Gioielli is unable to meet the delivery times indicated above, the consumer will be promptly informed by email. No compensation will be due for failure to meet delivery times.

For orders delivered within Italy, shipping is free from €70; for lower amounts the shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase.

EU countries: shipping is free from €100; for lower amounts, and for non-EU countries, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase. Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and additional costs. In any case, these costs are borne by the customer and will be paid to the relevant customs office.

Product availability

Some products available for sale on the sentidogioielli.it site (and therefore purchasable) are not always immediately in stock; as a result, the general delivery times indicated in the Shipping section may vary slightly. In any case, the possibility of buying them implies that sentidogioielli.it undertakes to make them and deliver them to the customer who requested them. Upon purchase, unless expressly indicated, we therefore undertake to inform our customers by email of the timing in each individual case. If the customer wishes, they can request a partial or full refund of products not immediately available for shipping.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, which consists of the option to return the products received and obtain a refund of the price paid, without any penalty and without needing to give a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the products.

To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Customer must contact Sentido Gioielli at the email address servizioclienti@sentidogioielli.it asking to withdraw from the purchase. Once the email is received, Sentido Gioielli will inform the customer of the procedure and instructions for returning the goods.

The customer must promptly ship the goods to the address provided by Sentido Gioielli. In addition, as provided by law, transport costs and responsibility for the goods during shipping are borne by the customer. Only intact, unused items in their original packaging will be accepted; please also take care not to tear the labels or soil the goods. We therefore recommend insuring the products with the chosen courier, taking care to pack the goods carefully

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage, Sentido Gioielli will refund the full amount of the item within 30 days, and in any case not before receiving the goods purchased, by means of a credit card reversal. The right of withdrawal lapses entirely if the products are returned damaged (for reasons other than transport) or incomplete, i.e. missing parts, accessories and components. In this case, your items remain available for collection from our warehouses by sending a courier of your choice at your own expense. After 30 days without collection, it will no longer be possible to claim ownership of the goods.

Warranty and limitation of liability

All products sold by Sentido Gioielli carry a warranty valid for 12 months from their receipt by the consumer. The warranty applies strictly to products with manufacturing defects, and in no case to defects caused by incorrect use by the customer.

If the items delivered show obvious material or manufacturing defects or transport damage, the consumer may report this immediately to Sentido Gioielli or to the carrier.

To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice or the sales receipt sent with the product.

If there are defects of conformity in the product purchased, after promptly reporting them in writing, the customer may withdraw from the contract by having the product replaced with one of the same type or, if out of stock, with another of a different type but of the same value. Sentido Gioielli is not required to refund any sums as damages/compensation etc.

If the fault does not turn out to be a lack of conformity, any verification and repair costs will be charged to the customer. If a product is returned under warranty, it must be returned by the customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any accompanying documentation).

Please note that most Sentido Gioielli products are silver-plated and in some cases gold-plated, which is why they may lose colour over time. This process can be accelerated by improper exposure to substances such as water, soaps and perfume, as well as perspiration and the pH of the skin. We recommend reading the “Care” section to learn more about how to use and clean them correctly.

Conclusion of the contract
In the online shop, the contract can only be concluded in Italian. Before submitting the purchase order, the consumer may check and modify all the data entered (e.g. name, address, payment method and items ordered) and correct any input errors. Once all the required data and information have been entered, the online process will end with a “Place order” button on the final screen; clicking it will definitively send the order to the Sentido Gioielli online shop. Sending the purchase order constitutes unconditional acceptance of the GTS by the consumer, who therefore undertakes to observe the payment terms set out below in their dealings with Sentido Gioielli, declaring that they have read and accept all the GTS and acknowledging that Sentido Gioielli is not bound by different conditions unless agreed in advance in writing. Submission of the purchase order will be followed by an email to the address provided by the consumer, confirming receipt of the order and summarising its details (hereinafter “order confirmation”). The order confirmation does not constitute conclusion of the purchase contract. The contract will be deemed concluded only when Sentido Gioielli ships the goods covered by the purchase order. The consumer will be informed of the shipment by a specific email sent to the email address provided by the consumer (hereinafter “shipping confirmation”). At the latest upon delivery of the goods, the consumer will receive all the information required by current legislation, which the consumer must keep.

Governing law
For anything not expressly provided for in these GTS, in the event of a dispute the rights established by the rules governing distance selling shall apply, in accordance with Legislative Decree 70/2003.
