How to buy
To complete your purchase:
1. Browse our catalogue through the sections in the menu;
2. View the items in our catalogues (click on an item for more information);
3. Add the item you want to the cart. You can then continue shopping or complete your purchase;
4. Once you have chosen your products, fill in a form with your personal, delivery and payment details (payment can be made by PayPal or credit card);
5. After checking the details entered, click on ‘Place order’;
6. Once the purchase is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with the order number, which can be used for any communication.
We also inform you that the data entered will be processed in compliance with privacy legislation.

You can pay in complete safety with:

- Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
You will choose your preferred payment method directly at the time of purchase, at checkout.
Your security is our priority: all transactions are protected by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 256-bit encryption, the same standard used by major banks.
Warranty
All our jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
What the warranty covers
The warranty applies only in the case of a manufacturing defect. It does not cover damage resulting from incorrect use of the piece (for correct care, see the Care section).
How it works
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we replace the item with one of the same model or, if no longer available, with a product of equivalent value. Sentido Gioielli is not required to refund any sums as damages or compensation.
What you need
To claim the warranty, keep the invoice or the sales receipt received with the product.
Product availability
Some items in our shop may not be immediately available in stock. In these cases, the delivery times indicated in the Shipping section may vary.
If a product is not immediately available, we still commit to making and delivering it. We will keep you updated by email on the specific timing of your order.
If you prefer, you can request a refund at any time — partial or total — of products not immediately available for shipping.
