Conditions
The product must be returned in perfect condition, without obvious signs of use. Otherwise, it will not be possible to proceed with the exchange or return. The customer is responsible for packing the item properly so that it reaches Sentido Gioielli intact.
Refunds and costs
In the case of a return, the refund will be made within 30 working days. Shipping costs for an exchange are paid by the customer.
